Location: South Florida Offices (Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, Entertainment Studios)

Format: Hybrid: In-person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays

Dates: June 1 st - August 2 nd 2026

About the Program: 

The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The program offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.

About the Function:

Business Analytics at Royal Caribbean drives strategic decision-making by leveraging data insights across various operational domains, including private destination development, business optimization, international sales, and newbuild strategy. They analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and enhanced guest experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and corporate planning. These teams develops predictive models, performance dashboards, and actionable reports to support initiatives like optimizing private destination offerings, streamlining sales channels internationally, and guiding the strategic planning of new ships. This role demands a deep understanding of data analytics, industry trends, and global market dynamics, offering an immersive experience in transforming data into impactful business strategies within the dynamic cruise industry.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or field of study with expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis

• Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred

• Previous experience in related areas
