Values: Service, Quality, Character (S.Q.C) The Role: Account Manager Youll lead 3?4 maintenance crews, ensuring top?tier landscape care and smooth project transitions from construction to long?term maintenance. Youll be the go?to expert in horticulture and irrigation, and a trusted leader who motivates others and models our core values. And the primary contact for customers. What Youll Do Lead and support maintenance crews on daily routes Ensure quality and safety across all sites Attend client walkthroughs and turnover meetings Build relationships with clients and proactively communicate and present opportunities for landscape improvements. Troubleshoot irrigation systems and plant health Communicate updates to leadership. Complete safety docs, timesheets, and reports via company tablet Jump in where needed because thats what teammates do.
