As a Security Officer Warehouse Patrol - Full Time in Fernley, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, assisting with access control, and providing outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. This post is primarily a driving position, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as well as on foot. What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards during patrols and report findings according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• A valid drivers license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
