Essential Duties Of The Apartment Leasing Agent Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects Assist in maintaining an active and effective social media presence for the property to enhance visibility and engagement Promote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issues Creating social media content and marketing materials to promote the community Marketing / social media content creation experience preferred GREAT commission opportunities Verify application and process paperwork Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed There are 229 units on property!
