By leveraging the power of Brown’s global alumni network, SPARK provides student-athletes with invaluable career exposure, mentorship, and professional development opportunities that ignite their personal and professional growth.Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance, the Assistant Director serves as the program manager and strategic driver behind BrownSPARK, ensuring its operations align with University policies, NCAA regulations, and departmental goals.
