Position Overview:

As an Associate Immigration Attorney, you'll become an essential advocate for our diverse client base, directly influencing life-changing outcomes. You'll manage cases spanning removal defense, family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, business immigration, and asylum, ensuring every client receives attentive, strategic, and personalized representation.

How You'll Make a Difference:

  • Represent clients passionately and effectively before USCIS, EOIR, immigration courts, and other federal agencies (occasional travel outside the Orlando area may be required).

  • Conduct compassionate and comprehensive client consultations, developing tailored, effective legal strategies.

  • Draft precise and compelling legal documents, including applications, petitions, motions, legal briefs, and appeals.

  • Maintain meticulous records and deliver consistent, transparent communication to ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout the immigration process.

  • Stay actively informed on evolving immigration laws, policies, and court decisions to ensure the highest quality advocacy.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with paralegals and support staff to provide efficient, client-centered case management.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership, in good standing, with any U.S. State Bar.

  • Brings 1-2 years of immigration law experience, with specific experience in removal defense highly valued.

  • Is fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.

  • Possesses outstanding legal research and persuasive writing skills, coupled with confident courtroom presentation abilities.

  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to achieving positive outcomes for immigrant communities.
