Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change initiatives for two major technology projects:

  • ServiceNow ITSM Implementation – Launching in early September, this 20-week engagement will focus on ensuring smooth adoption of the new IT Service Management platform, minimizing disruption, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Enterprise Analytics & Reporting Platform Rollout – In partnership with IBM, our client is building a next-generation analytics platform. Currently in its early planning phase, this initiative requires a change leader to prepare, communicate, and guide the organization through adoption.

In addition, the consultant will provide limited support for Windows 11 migration efforts , ensuring clear communication and end-user readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow ITSM Implementation
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
  • Create targeted communication and training materials.
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions.
  • Track and report adoption readiness and progress.
  • Analytics Platform Rollout (IBM Partnership)
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to understand impact and adoption needs.
  • Drive awareness through tailored communication campaigns.
  • Create end-user enablement materials, guides, and training programs.
  • Support early adopters and champion networks to embed changes.
  • Windows 11 Support
  • Assist with communications, training, and guidance to support the OS migration.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of organizational change management experience, preferably in IT transformation projects.
  • Proven success leading OCM for enterprise technology implementations ( ServiceNow ITSM experience required ).
  • Experience supporting analytics/reporting platform rollouts or data-driven initiatives.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible messaging.
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 adoption a plus.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred.

Contract Details:

  • Start Date: Early September 2025
  • Duration: ~20 weeks for ServiceNow ITSM; possible extension for analytics platform work
  • Engagement: Full-time contract, flexibility as projects progress
