Clinical Data Manager (12-Month Contract) Base pay range $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Duration: 12 months **C2C is not available for this position** About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Clinical Data Manager to join a collaborative Global Clinical Operations team supporting innovative clinical studies. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of clinical data that drives critical decisions in the medical device and pharmaceutical space. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, grow your technical expertise, and contribute directly to advancing patient-focused solutions — all within a supportive and knowledgeable team environment. What You’ll Do Review and validate clinical data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and maintain key data management tools — including data collection instruments, edit checks, and data management plans. Collaborate closely with teams across Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Safety, Quality, and Regulatory. Provide clear, timely data outputs to internal and external stakeholders. Support database development, testing, and maintenance activities. Contribute to audit readiness and ensure compliance with GCP, GDP, and internal quality standards. Stay up to date with required study and corporate training programs. What You Bring Education: BS in Life Sciences with 2–4 years of experience, or MS in Life Sciences with 1–2 years of experience. Strong attention to detail and data quality. Solid understanding of clinical data management principles and systems. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures effectively. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical environments.
