Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Regional Production Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for supervising the construction of high quality custom DiYanni Homes in a specific region, as well as:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize DiYanni Homes construction documents and procedures within BuilderTrend, completing homes accurately to meet or exceed our benchmark standard of quality
• Manage scope of project work to ensure the trades perform on all aspects of agreed tasks
• Thoroughly inspect each phase of construction for accuracy, quality, and cleanliness prior to starting the next phase
• Identify and resolve quality issues, documenting discrepancies
• Schedule and install land improvements, as well as assist customers with land improvement quotes and scheduling
• Control costs, ensuring each task remains on budget
• Meet customers for pre-construction, pre-drywall, and pre-settlement orientations and signatures

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 3+ years experience in residential construction required, experience in custom residential construction strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of BuilderTrend preferred
• Proficient in residential cosmetic repairs (drywall, trim, tile, etc)
• Working knowledge of residential mechanicals (HVAC, plumbing, electric)
• Thorough understanding of operating hand tools (power hand tools, generators, concrete saws etc)
