Job Overview:

The Content Design Producer III will play a pivotal role in managing and driving the end-to-end design creation process for the Product, Design, and Marketing team. This team supports services broadly and shapes user experiences across all client products, focusing on how people consume, create, and connect across applications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic project manager with a passion for efficiency, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and at the highest standard. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring on-site work from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project intake, identify deliverables, scope work, and establish clear timelines to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
• Facilitate seamless communication and build alignment between the Content Design team and cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Editorial, Engineering, Photo, Legal, Business, and Marketing.
• Prioritize competing initiatives, navigate shifting priorities, and troubleshoot production challenges.
• Define project requirements, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholder reviews, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead daily meetings, set clear agendas, prepare teams, and ensure alignment through accurate note-taking.
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience producing consumer-facing design initiatives in-house or at an agency.
• Proven experience managing every touchpoint of a project lifecycle, balancing competing priorities in dynamic environments across various work streams.
• Strong background in managing stakeholder reviews and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to grasp complexity quickly, cut through ambiguity, and balance tactical execution with a holistic perspective.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying ideas clearly across time zones.
• Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical project requirements.
• Proficiency in Slack, Wrike (or similar project management tools), and Box (or similar content management platforms).
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Native fluency in English.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.
• Familiarity with design concepts and terminology across digital mediums, including web, app, email, photography, illustration, and animation.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Experience in publishing or tech industries.

Pay Range: $60 - $70

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
