Description:

Under the medical direction of an Anesthesiologist, develops anesthesia plans for patients and administers anesthesia. Observes patients' physiological condition while under anesthesia and initiates corrective actions as necessary or as directed by physician. Performs pre- and post- operative evaluations on assigned cases, and documents same in patient charts and required records. Adheres to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of MercyOne.

MercyOne Waterloo Anesthesiology Care - CRNA

• Join a practice of 11 Anesthesiologists, 2 CRNA

• Responsible for administering anesthetic and monitoring the patient before, during and after procedure, under the supervision of a physician

• Competitive salary

• Call no more than 1 night per week

• Work at both Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center

• $286,000 salary guarantee

• $50K Commencement Bonus

Candidates

• Graduate of approved CRNA program, Certified by National Board of Certification for Nurse Anesthetists, Federal and State Controlled Substance Prescribing Authority, BLS, Mandatory Reporter
