Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing at [** the Digital Content Manager oversees the production of all marketing content and sales collateral. This includes social media, email, and advertising along with customer acquisition and retention communications.
### Primary Duties:
* Write, edit and proofread emails, landing pages, case studies, press releases, social media posts and more as necessary.
* Collaborate with key team members across all departments, partners and agencies to create a consistent brand and clear communications.
* Manage publishing schedules across all media, including social platforms of X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others as necessary.
* Lead marketing on new media tools and opportunities to expand our market presence.
* Use analytic tools to create reporting, track metrics give guidance on marketing strategy.
* Support the content and creative managers across the company with best practices and content creation.
### Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 4 years’ experience.
* Examples of content, calendars, creatives and clients that have worked with you.
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team through brand and product strategy.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Content and page design and skills are helpful too.
