Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex, global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative in close partnership with the Head of DEI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large, matrixed programs within Human Resources or Talent domains, preferably in global or compliance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional program efforts in collaboration with Legal, Talent, Internal/External Communications, Training, and Government Affairs teams.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to DEI initiatives in response to evolving federal policies.
  • Provide strategic oversight while also executing tactically to drive program milestones and deliverables.
  • Engage directly with senior leadership, including global C-suite stakeholders, to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Anticipate and adapt to program changes, ensuring responsiveness to internal and external developments.
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams and manage relationships with various workstream leads.
  • Support program governance, reporting, and presentation development for executive and stakeholder engagement.
  • Integrate DEI and health equity principles into program design and execution.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably within Human Resources, Talent, or DEI-related initiatives.
  • Strong background in compliance and regulatory awareness, especially in the context of federal contracting.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs across geographies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on to move work forward with limited oversight.
  • Based in Atlanta, GA, with the ability to travel internationally as needed (specifically to Belgium).
