ESTATE MANAGER

An estate manager who has successfully managed multiple large luxury estates with fine gardens and complex technical systems. 

An accomplished manager, or director who has led high-end five-star hotels/ resorts to outstanding guest satisfaction and financial success. 

A very skilled mega yacht captain who consistently execute safe voyages while providing best guest experience with fiscal responsibility. 

5+ years in any of the above positions with career longevity. 

Property: an award winning resort-like oceanfront private residence with commercial build. 

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

SUMMARY

The right candidate should have developed a broad knowledge of project and people management skills to ensure that the home is properly maintained while providing outstanding service to the family.

RESPONSIBILITIES

HR

Hire, train, motivate and manage staff while promoting harmonious work environment.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

1. Design and implementation.
2. Vendor contract negotiation and vendor management with great results. 
3. Purchasing and supplier programs. 
4. Maintenance: manage regular maintenance and preventative maintenance for all aspect of the property and systems.

SERVICE

1. Five-star hospitality management, overseeing formal silver service, F&B and floral arrangements. 
2. Seamless travel arrangements. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Committed to the health and safety of the principals and the property.
• Creative problem solving ability with a sense of urgency.
• Proactive in all aspects of management. 
• Able to oversee all aspects of work in a meticulous manner. Well organized with attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of fine building materials, equipment, appliances and fixtures. 
• Technically savvy.
• Reliable with high integrity, always follow a professional code of conduct. 
• A great communicator with excellent people skills and communicational skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and be discreet.
• Able to work legally with a valid US work visa or green card, has driver's license, and a clean driving record.
