Overview:
Our client, a leading company in the real estate industry, is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.

  • Act as a primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners.

  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.

  • Support the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.

  • Assist with real estate-related documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate with property managers, brokers, vendors, and clients as needed.

  • Conduct research and prepare data or reports to support decision-making.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information.

  • Provide general office management support, including supply ordering, file management, and event coordination.
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the real estate industry or a related professional services field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience supporting C-level executives strongly preferred.
