Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Boston University Fenway Campus . This Food Production Manager will be responsible for daily menus, production, postproduction, ordering and following recipes for resident dining, catering and retail operations on campus.Boston University Fenway Campus is one of four Resident Dining Halls on Boston University's Campus that will be housing 660 Freshman-age students this upcoming Fall semester. Our focus will remain on serving excellent quality food coupled with top-of-the-line customer service and efficiency.
