About the Role:

As our Automotive General Manager, you will oversee dealership operations & customer enthusiasm. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, customer satisfaction, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Hire, train, and mentor department managers and staff
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics (sales targets, CSI scores, profitability, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven success as a General Manager or General Sales Manager in a successful dealership
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent knowledge of dealership operations and financials
• Strong understanding of digital retail and modern automotive marketing
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
