Role overview The Government Affairs Project Management Director will report to the Chief Government Affairs Officer and will be responsible for developing, managing, planning, monitoring, and reporting on key government affairs projects and market development activities. This role will oversee project details, reporting, and communications to drive government initiatives and new market entries. Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and monitor government affairs projects from concept to implementation. Support the Chief Government Affairs Officer and Local Government Affairs Directors in developing and tracking new market entry activities, including obtaining agreements, managing documents, and maintaining tracking systems. Respond to compliance requests from stakeholders. Create reports, charts, and spreadsheets to review local and state entry requirements. Maintain libraries, folders, and trackers in SharePoint for government affairs documentation. Manage operational aspects of projects and market entry requirements. Establish and implement project management processes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Provide regular updates and gather feedback from internal stakeholders. Manage multiple projects independently or collaboratively. Uphold confidentiality and maintain a strong work ethic. Serve as liaison between stakeholders, agencies, and vendors. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Skills & Abilities Excellent communication skills in English. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to build relationships with teams and stakeholders. Critical thinking and analytical skills regarding data, legislation, and legal documents. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Smartsheet. Ability to work independently and in teams. High integrity, discretion, and ethics in handling sensitive information. Knowledge of telecommunications, broadband products, services, and regulations. Education Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience At least 2 years of project management experience. Working Conditions Office environment. Some travel required.
