Now Hiring: Full-Time Hot Food Equipment Technician Charleston, WV

Are you an experienced technician with a passion for keeping commercial kitchen equipment running smoothly? Manpower is seeking a full-time Hot Food Equipment Technician to join our team in Greater Charleston, WV. If you're ready to apply your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment, we want to hear from you. Pay up to $35/hour + OT opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

Install, Maintain & Repair: Commercial hot-side kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, steamers, and warmers
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and servicing to ensure optimal performance
Documentation: Accurately complete service reports and maintenance logs
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and manufacturer guidelines

What You Need to Succeed:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with hot-side food service equipment
Certifications: Relevant technical certifications preferred (CFESA, EPA, etc.)
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical, gas, and mechanical systems
Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs (assisted) and work in commercial kitchen environments
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively
