Responsibilities: • Address issues and complaints from guests and find an appropriate answer • Provide the best local recommendations, gather in-depth knowledge about the premises as well as surrounding venues and businesses • Coordinate events, excursions, and transportation for hotel guests as needed • Serve as a point of contact for guests who seek assistance or information, and listen to their wishes and needs • Greet guests when they arrive and ensure their bookings or reservations are accurate Qualifications: • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Local knowledge of the area to recommend restaurants and activities to guests • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $15-16 DOE
