Our client, a prominent and fast-growing plaintiff-side law firm based in Glendale is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead all aspects of its HR operations.
Will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives while overseeing the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and off boarding. You will guide employee relations matters, ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states, and collaborate with department leaders. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor members of the team, and maintain key HR metrics to inform leadership decisions.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory and leadership experience along with a strong understanding of employment and leave laws. An MBA and HR certification are strongly preferred.
