Essential Functions:

• Represent the family of American Drapery Systems commercially-branded products to a variety of markets on a national level.
• Develop a sales plan for outbound sales activities, determine priority of prospects, and generate leads through a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strategically pursue target companies and contacts that fit our ideal client profile, close business, and follow up on open quotes or closed business for repeat business opportunities.

• Communicate sales plan and progress to management
• Acts as a solutions provider to identify customer needs, communicates the client’s value propositions, and generates quotes to reflect this- all with a high level of customer service and ability to quickly pivot with generous flexibility.
• Meets or exceeds KPIs and weekly targets
• Research, capture and document client and prospect information in the company’s CRM system. This includes company profile data, notes from conversations, activities, competitors, technology in place, key contacts, activities, etc.
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from new and existing clients with the ability to move opportunities through the sales process and accurately forecast opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Two-year degree in business, sales, management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years proven sales experience, client-direct B2B industrial service/sales environment preferred
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Office 365: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and CRM and lead generation software.
