We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to provide exceptional therapeutic massage services to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage modalities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing personalized care. You will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their wellness goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and therapeutic massage services tailored to individual client needs, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, discuss treatment plans, and obtain informed consent.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including intake forms, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Create a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for clients.
• Adhere to all sanitation and hygiene protocols, ensuring a clean and organized treatment space.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for self-care.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold ethical standards.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain a valid Michigan Massage Therapist license.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client communication.
• Promote and sell massage services and retail products.

• Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Massage Therapist License.
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Proficiency in various massage modalities.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and maintain positive client relationships.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Isolated Stretching Experience
• Posture Assessment skills a plus
