What Youll Do:

• Sell life and health insurance policies to qualified prospects and existing clients

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and offer tailored coverage solutions

• Guide clients through the application process, policy servicing, and claim support

• Build and manage your own remote book of business with warm leads and referrals

• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and documentation standards

What We're Looking For:

• Active Life & Health Insurance license (required)
  
  
• Previous experience with State Farm or similar captive agency model strongly preferred
  
  
• Demonstrated success in life insurance sales and client relationship management

• Strong self-discipline, organization, and communication skills

• Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms, CRM systems, and digital sales tools

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
