Position Overview:
Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to make a significant impact within our organization. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing initiatives and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly
Location: Fayetteville, NC

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms and the company website.
• Help organize promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success.
• Support the marketing team in administrative tasks and coordinate schedules.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
