Aviation & Missile Solutions, LLC. (AMS) is seeking a talented entry level college graduates to join our diverse team, in Huntsville, AL., to create unique solutions for complex problems. AMS provides responsive, cost-effective engineering and scientific solutions ranging from air and missile defense technologies, command and control, radar systems, seekers, modeling & simulation, and prototype hardware development and testing. Our recruiting team will be on the Missouri S&T campus September 23, 2025 seeking graduates in the following areas:

• Radar Analysis/Simulation/Modeling

• Hardware/Software/Firmware Prototyping

• Missile Seekers & Sensors

• RF Datalinks

• Radar Integration

• Algorithm development

• RF hardware

• HWIL support

• Field testing support

Location:

• Huntsville, AL

• Position is full-time in the office.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a Missouri S&T student or recent alumni (<5 years)

• Candidate must be working toward Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science with a 3.5 or higher GPA. Candidate should upload a resume and unofficial transcripts.

Required Experience:

• Software development skills in object-oriented programming principles

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Good people skills and the desire to work with a highly technical team of engineers and scientists.

Required Education and Experience:

• Candidate must possess or be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science from an ABET- accredited university.

• Graduating GPA of 3.5+

Travel Requirements:

• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the year.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Security Requirements:

• Citizenship: Candidate must be a US only citizen.

• Clearance Level: Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
