Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Spanaway, Washington
Setting: On-Site Only No remote or hybrid options
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Student Population: K6th Grade
Overview:
A school district in Spanaway, WA is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to a K6 student body. This is a high-need position, and the district is open to provisional interviews and offers prior to the CSA approval at the August 7th board meeting due to the rarity of this discipline.
Key Details:
Must provide services on-site only this requirement is firm.
Full 40-hour workweek with a consistent K6 caseload
Occupational Therapy (OT) services are handled separately through the district
Bill rates have not yet been discussed

Qualifications:
Valid Washington state SLP license and ESA certification (or eligibility)
ASHA CCC preferred, but not required
School-based experience with elementary students strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
