Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
• Employ specialized teaching strategies and communication methods to facilitate effective learning
• Collaborate with other educational professionals to ensure appropriate accommodations and support services
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet evolving needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation aligned with educational standards and regulations
