Position Title: Physical Security Specialist – NY, NJ, or PA Type: Full-Time, with typical shifts Monday-Friday 7:00AM-5:30PM and rotational Saturday 9:00AM-12:00PM Compensation: $23-$30/hr (dependent on experience, education, location, skills) Location: On-Site in NY, NJ, or PA (residents only) Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities include: Evaluating and following up on service requests Managing security profiles and records Issuing and tracking badges, keys, and passes Supporting external partners with access management Investigating property damage and liaising with law enforcement Implementing account restrictions for safety and asset protection Conducting security reviews and audits Maintaining security system records and knowledge Providing security training and backup support Adapting to evolving strategies and responsibilities Fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree with 1-3 years of experience, or 3-5 years relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in security and access control We are more than banking.
