Title: Production Assembly Technician | $30-$38/hr | Monday-Friday, 7AM-2:30PM | Hawthorne, CA

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Schedule: Full-time | Direct Hire | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Range: $30-$38/hour (depending on experience)

An innovative manufacturing company in the South Bay is seeking a hands-on Production Assembly Technician to support their production operations. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong long-term potential, ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical assembly, inventory support, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and kit components using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches)

• Pack, label, and prep outbound shipments

• Perform cycle counts and track part shortages in the inventory system

• Maintain a clean, organized work area

• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and production teams

Qualifications:

• Experience with basic mechanical assembly or kitting using hand tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift

• Background in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments

• Familiar with ERP or inventory systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and performing data entry

• Reliable transportation to Hawthorne and open to cross-training

• Strong communication and attention to detail
