Job Description

Our real estate investment team is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactions Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on the investor side of the business. They will be driven, adaptable, flexible, tech-savvy, organized, efficient, possess a great personality, and have the ability to work with and manage multiple personalities. The candidate should also have a proven ability to multi-task under pressure and provide exceptional customer service.   • Serve as a point of contact for all real estate transactions and ensure that all transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and organize all paperwork associated with real estate transactions, including contracts, leases, and agreements
  • Coordinate and schedule all real estate inspections and appraisals. Liaise with real estate agents, title companies, sellers, buyers, and other professionals to ensure all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers involved in real estate transactions
  • Review and analyze real estate documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in the preparation of real estate reports, including market analysis and financial reports
  • Conduct research on real estate trends, investment opportunities, and other related topics
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including the use of computer software and database management systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the President
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with a background in the real estate industry, creative real estate investing strategies, transaction coordination, with title company and/or mortgage knowledge preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and DotLoop
  • Works well under pressure with demanding deadlines and driven to push transactions across the finish line
  • Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, procedures, and regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
  • Detail-oriented and enjoys the challenge of a large volume of tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once to meet deadlines
