Location (city, state): Naperville, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Tue–Thur, 2 days remote: Mon/Fri)

Industry: Food Distribution

Pay: $25–27/hour

Job Description:

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative and scheduling support to the Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills to coordinate interviews and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling (10–30 per week) and calendar coordination.
  • Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to confirm interview logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, Dayforce).
  • Support multiple team members with recruiting and administrative projects.
  • Provide white-glove customer service to all internal and external partners.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
  • Experience with iCIMS, Dayforce, or project management tools preferred.
  • Strong background in calendar management and scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, polished, and team-oriented personality.
