The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proven Salon Manager with business management experience who can take full ownership of salon operations and drive growth. This role is not about answering phones or checking in clients. It is about running the business day to day, keeping schedules full, retaining and motivating stylists, recruiting and training new talent, and implementing systems that increase sales and profitability.

What You Will Do:
Lead and oversee all salon operations with accountability for performance.
Manage Front Desk Operations, keeping stylists schedules consistently booked and driving service sales.
Recruit hire and onboard new stylists and assistants to grow the team.
Train coach and develop staff to increase retention and performance.
Manage employee schedules, payroll, inventory and salon software with accuracy and efficiency.
Execute marketing and social media strategies to attract new clients and promote services.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences that drive rebooking referrals and retail sales.
What We Are Looking For :
Minimum 3 years of experience in salon management or a comparable leadership role.
Proven success in hiring retaining and growing a team.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and hold staff accountable.
Business minded with experience in sales marketing and operations.
Knowledge of scheduling POS and salon management software.
Organized detail driven and results focused.
Compensation and Career Growth:
Starting at $18 to $21 per hour depending on experience.
Performance based increases as you grow salon sales. The more the salon earns the more you earn.
