We are leading structural steel and carport construction company based in Phoenix, AZ. We specialize in high-quality commercial and industrial projects throughout the Southwest. Our commitment to precision, safety, and excellence has made us a trusted name in the structural steel industry.

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Estimator with a strong background in commercial and industrial construction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in take-offs, and capable of working collaboratively with project managers and fabrication teams to deliver accurate, competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial structural steel takeoffs for new and existing projects

• Estimate Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and other steel structures

• Accurately estimate key or complex projects requiring high attention to detail

• Develop and finalize pricing and scope of work for outgoing estimates

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Fabrication Teams to ensure bid accuracy and constructability

• Apply strong knowledge of commercial and industrial/millwright projects to create comprehensive proposals

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in Commercial Structural Steel Estimating

• In-depth knowledge of Tekla PowerFab Suite

• Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam Take-Off tools

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
