About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join a consulting engagement supporting a leading financial services organization.The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and developing Tableau dashboards and reports, along with a deep understanding of business intelligence, data visualization best practices, and data-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and usability.
• Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Support data integration and ETL efforts to improve reporting capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 3 5+ years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data sources.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Financial services or banking industry experience.
