Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Jeffersonville, IN.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs for patients.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled rehabilitation settings.
Valid Physical Therapy license in Indiana (or compact licensure where applicable).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and schedules.
