Job Details

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8 hour day rounding

Qualifications:

• BC or BE
• Fellowship trained with a passion for vascular surgery and experience in open and endovascular procedures.
• Must be clean to get privileges.

Experience:

• Experience in aortic surgery, lower extremity revascularization, carotid intervention, and venous procedures is preferred.
• Team consists of 15 employed cardiologists with 4 interventional cardiologists and 4 EP specialists, 2 cardiothoracic surgeons (with plans to hire an additional CT surgeon)

Setting:

• Level 1 trauma center, a certified stroke center, a chest pain center certified with PCI, and sepsis center.
• Residencies include general surgery, internal medicine, orthopedics, ENT, and family medicine.
• The OR has large operating suites including a year-old Seimens hybrid operating room and the cardiac catheterization lab has a dedicated peripheral suite
• The practice is busy with open and endovascular aneurysm repair including fenestrated stent grafts, carotid endarterectomy and stenting, open and percutaneous lower extremity revascularization, venous and dialysis procedures, wound care, and hyperbaric medicine

Support staff:

• 1 Advanced Practice Provider for the office and 2 separate Advanced Practice Providers that cover only the CVICU
