Imalathane, initiated by Bora Gürada in 2021, is located in the organized industrial area of Bursa. It is a platform for the production and presentation of artistic practices from all generations to develop new ideas and shape public conversation. In this space, the curator, Can Küçük, presented a show, almost a retrospective, in three parts. He selected pieces from Atakan’s large body of work, placed them in a new context to delve deeper into her thoughts and artistic philosophy while initiating a new dialogue between curator and artist as well as between them and the spectators.
