Ajax Tocco Magnethermic (ATM ), a subsidiary of ParkOhio , traces its roots back to the 1800s and has a rich history of excellence in induction heating and melting solutions. The present company was formed in 1959 when the Magnethermic Corporation acquired the assets of Ajax Electrothermic Corp. combining their expertise and capabilities.

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize the movement of shipments, both domestic and international. This role involves coordinating transportation providers, ensuring documentation accuracy, and improving supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics operations.

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to appropriate channels.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Make special shipping arrangements as needed.
• Track and resolve shipping errors.
• Prepare domestic and international documentation, including commodity descriptions and HTS numbers.
• Ensure service quality meets required standards.
• Help develop processes to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Communicate effectively through writing, speaking, and interpersonal interactions.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics; experience in multiple areas such as warehousing or transportation is a plus.

Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
