Retail Scan Associate (Gig Harbor, WA 98330)

Join to apply for the Retail Scan Associate role at ScanScape. This permanent part?time position involves visiting designated retailers each week to scan product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations.

Responsibilities

• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes throughout each store.
• Complete display scanning for the entire store each week, which may take several hours.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of products scanned.
• Perform custom project work requested by clients, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours weekly.
• Meet all weekly deadlines to deliver accurate data.
• Operate physically active shifts of 812 hours per week, depending on store size.
• Travel to multiple grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandiser stores including Walmart, Kroger, Target, Albertsons, and others.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid drivers license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25?lb.
• Ability to reach 6?ft, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs.
• Attention to detail, independent work style, and deadline?driven self?starter.
• Access to reliable Wi?Fi and basic tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
