In “Continuous Scroll” performed live at the opening of the exhibition Translation in Motion at Konsthall 16, the artists perform in front of their video “Positioned in the Present”. They read in unison a collaborative text entitled “Overcoming” that reflects on the combined work in the exhibition. During the performance, they sew their scroll-like text printed on thin fabric to another heavier cloth attached to a rod on the wall that unfurls into space. With this act, they leave a trace of the performance in the exhibition space for the duration of the show.
