Many Unknown Things is a collaborative textile based work using abstracted forms which reference Ling gymnastics and early 20th century gymnastic and dance movements introduced to Turkey by Selim Sırrı Tarcan’s daughters, Azade and Selma. In addition, Andersson and Atakan visited the Textile Gallery at the Nordic Museum in Stockholm to search for cross-cultural textile similarities. The fabric wall panel is a thought track, a choreography and a search for models for collaboration and sharing.
