A male Stanford University student and swimmer on the school swimming team who was caught raping an unconscious woman, received only a six-month sentence because the judge felt a longer punishment would ruin the life of the man, but what about the young woman?  In my opinion, a victim can never be guilty. Is the judge implying that the guilty young man is also a victim?  I find this hard to understand.
